This role serves as a key partner in talent acquisition, employee records administration, workforce compliance, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations support.

  • Coordinate recruiting activities for open positionsย 
  • Post and maintain job advertisementsย 
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviewsย 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviewsย 
  • Support job fairs, recruiting events, and workforce pipeline initiativesย 
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progressย 
Onboarding & Workforce Compliance
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processesย
