What You'll Do
  • Organize and file employee paperwork and HR documents
  • Sort, update, and maintain current and terminated employee files
  • Ensure personnel records are accurate and properly stored
  • Assist with general office and clerical support tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Help keep HR filing systems clean, organized, and up to date
  • Support the HR team with administrative projects as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
