Assign field staff to installation and site preparation activities based on project needs, schedule requirements, personnel qualifications, training, and availability.
Ensure field personnel are trained, prepared, equipped, and properly briefed before performing assigned work.

Develop or support project-specific execution plans, implementation plans, staffing plans, site readiness plans, and installation approaches.
Interface with internal program teams, project managers, engineers, FAA stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to determine the most effective approach for field project delivery.
