Job Summary
As a Human Resources Manager, you will provide administrative support for day-to-day Human Resources operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining confidential employee files, managing HRIS payroll systems, delivering orientation programs, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and supporting various HR-related processes. This role is vital to maintaining efficient HR operations while promoting a positive work environment.
Pay Rate
Pay Rate: $50,000-$62,000 annually

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities include:
  • Collecting and entering new hire and employment information into the HRIS payroll system.
  • Collecting and submitting timekeeping information for payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Producing and maintaining daily and weekly timekeeping reports for management.
  • Delivering orientation programs to newly hired employees.
  • Assisting with quarterly and yearly employee assessment completions.
  • Managing the LMS program by maintaining accurate records of training and assessments.
  • Initiating background checks and maintaining employment verifications.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating employee electronic files.
  • Preparing and maintaining OSHA requirements and monitoring Workers' Compensation protocols.
  • Verifying and maintaining I-9 and EEO documentation.
  • Managing the hiring process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring the completion of the onboarding process.
  • Assisting with screening candidates for open positions.
  • Ordering and managing the Employee Uniform program.
  • Scheduling and planning employee meetings and training sessions.
  • Promoting employee engagement opportunities and initiatives.
  • Producing and distributing a monthly Employee Newsletter.
  • Preparing and distributing employee reports as required.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Human Resources Manager, you will need:
  • Proficiency in HR software systems such as HRIS and Payroll (required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources (required).
