Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys variety in your workday? Bodine Electric Company is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and work directly with the Vice President of Human Resources in supporting our employees and daily HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining experience in recruiting, payroll, employee relations, leave administration, training, and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring manufacturing employees
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Process factory hourly payroll
  • Support FMLA and leave administration
  • Track employee training and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and company activities
  • Maintain HR files, records, and reporting
  • Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
