Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Monitor and enhance platform performance to optimize end-user experience and improve overall business process workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess platform capabilities, and convey system limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, configure, and document platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee development and testing processes, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and regression testing, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and data quality.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join a global team supporting HR technology and processes. This is an individual contributor role focused on maintaining and enhancing HR systems, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing system improvements.

You will work closely with HR teams, technical partners, and external vendors to ensure HR systems run smoothly and meet business needs.

What You'll Do
  • Support global HR system initiatives, including reporting, dashboards, and employee self-service tools
