Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while delivering exceptional service to associates, candidates, and leadership. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating HR communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment practices. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and passionate about creating a positive associate experience.

Job Family Core Work Activities
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including filing, correspondence, data entry, and office organization
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, I-9 documentation, and other employment-related documents
• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process
• Create new hire personnel files and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company standards
• Respond to associate and management inquiries regarding Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate office communications, answer telephones, distribute mail, and manage Human Resources office supplies and forms
• Support employee relations by maintaining confidentiality and communicating concerns to Human Resources leadership when appropriate
• Prepare, proofread, and distribute HR correspondence, reports, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with departments across the hotel to support HR initiatives, associate engagement, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements while delivering exceptional associate service
