Job description

As an HR Advisor supporting employees and leaders across multiple sites in the Morocco, South Africa and Gana, you will be responsible for delivering effective HR policies, processes, and practices across the region. The role focuses on compliance and governance, employee experience, performance management, employee relations, and the consistent application of HR processes.

This is a broad role requiring flexibility and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds across MEA.
Ensure effective HR policies, processes, and procedures are implemented and consistently applied across the region in line with company standards and local legislation
Provide guidance and support to people managers on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle matters
Support the organization's Talent Management approach by driving annual HR processes, including performance reviews, talent reviews, and development planning
Promote awareness and use of learning and development resources and ensure appropriate programs are in place to support employee growth and performance
Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and exits, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
Interpret and apply company policies and guidelines, ensuring local requirements are addressed where necessary
Maintain strong working relationships with external HR vendors, suppliers, and service providers

Work closely with Compensation & Benefits to ensure regional reward practices align with the EMEA framework while meeting local market and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to support timely and effective hiring across the region
Maintain accurate HR data and provide relevant metrics and reporting

Collaborate with HR Operations and Global HR teams to support the rollout and execution of HR initiatives
Work with Payroll teams to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a broad HR management role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organisation.
Strong working knowledge of employment law in KSA and/or UAE
Experience working with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. HR Operations, Talent, Compensation & Benefits)
Fluent in English and Arabic; French is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures
Sound judgment and confidence in managing complex HR and employee relations matters
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
