Austin Peay State University's Department of Health and Human Performance is building a pool of qualified adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses across its programs, including Kinesiology, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Communication Sciences and Disorders, and K-12 Physical Education Teaching Licensure. About the Department of Health & Human Performance:
The Department of Health and Human Performance (HHP) serves approximately 435 majors in two undergraduate programs: a B.S. in Kinesiology with two concentrations and a B.S. in Health and Human Performance with five concentrations. In addition, HHP has approximately 130 graduate students across four programs: Master of Healthcare Administration, Master of Science in Health and Human Performance, Master of Public Health, and Master of Speech-Language Pathology. The department houses state-of-the-art instructional and laboratory spaces in a brand new 115,000 ft Health Professions Building that opened in August 2025.
