We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Manager to expand Noraxon\'s presence throughout the Northeast United States. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering innovative technology solutions to clinical, research, sports performance, and ergonomics professionals.
This role is ideal for a motivated technical sales professional or medical device sales representative who enjoys working with diverse customer groups, building long-term relationships, helping customers improve clinical outcomes, advancing research, and optimizing human performance through innovative technology. This is an established territory with active customers, a strong market presence, and significant growth potential.

What You\'ll Do
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, assigned conferences, trade shows, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within clinical, sports performance, research, and ergonomics markets.
  • Build relationships with physical therapists, sports scientists, researchers, physicians, biomechanics, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations both in person and virtually.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and regional events.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.

What We\'re Looking For and
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful B2B field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling technical, scientific, healthcare, rehabilitation, medical device, software, or capital equipment solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel throughout the Northeast territory.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, Engineering, Sports Science, Physical Therapy, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers, universities, research institutions, sports performance organizations, or government agencies.
  • Familiarity with biomechanics, motion capture, EMG, force plates, gait analysis, rehabilitation technology, sports performance technology, or human performance systems.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

What We Offer
Compensation
Salary range: $80,000–$150,000+ per year. Base salary, Bonus pay, Uncapped commission + Car allowance. (Actual compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.)
