Job description

Are you a Senior UX Designer?  this is the job for you !  

 

What you'll do

You will be responsible for leading the design of various products, features, and experiences with an user-centric approach. Collaborating with other designers and cross-functionally with teams to come up with innovative solutions that align with our business goals and user needs. Conducting and analysing user research and usability tests along with understanding user behaviour, needs and pain points.

Tackling multiple projects and be able to prioritize and estimate tasks to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables. Contribute and adhering to the design guidelines and design processes to ensure consistent user experiences.

You will be an advocate for the user-centric approach and adhere to the user-centred design principles.

 

What will you bring?

  • You will have at least 3 years in any occupation with experience designing UX, UI, or interactions for various customer-facing products must include (experience and skills can be gained before, during, and after University education).
  • Experience must include: UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Design suite;
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or ADO; Creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows to conceptualize design ideas.
  • Basic principles of visual design such as use of colour, layout, typography and branding.
  • Experience structuring and organizing information in products displayed to the user.
  • Design principles, web and mobile interfaces, and responsive design.
  • Leading product design through the entire design lifecycle starting from research up until delivery.

Bachelor's in Human Computer Interactions, Interaction Design, or related.
