14381 - Human-Centered Design Consultant (onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens,FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens,FL FL (required);
Experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD).
Experience with UX, digital strategy, product design, or human-centered research (3+ years);
Experience with HCD principles, research methods, and experience synthesis;
Experience with Figma for collaborative design and design reviews;
Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and hands-on delivery work.
Experience with Jira or similar tools in agile, sprint-based environments;
Experience with AI-powered tools used in design, research, or synthesis;
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement IT solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and documentation.
Lead and execute usability testing, experience benchmarking, and user research to validate Salesforce solution effectiveness.
Develop personas, journey maps, storyboards, and conceptual designs to support humancentered solution development.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user behavior analysis and rootcause analysis, to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams-including IT, business stakeholders, QA, and design teams-to ensure usercentric and technically feasible solutions.
Monitor and evaluate solution performance, ensuring implemented systems meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value.
