HUCs must juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, relaying messages, and handling patient records, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, they often need to handle urgent or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Effective teamwork and adaptability are key, as priorities can shift quickly in a healthcare setting.
