About the Position

Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking a HubSpot Analyst to oversee and optimize both Marketing Hub and Sales Hub across Teachers of Tomorrow, The Learning Liaisons, Simple K12, and #TEACH. This role is responsible for maintaining system accuracy, building workflows, managing integrations, supporting sales teams, enabling marketing automation, and improving the overall health and performance of our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.

The HubSpot Analyst partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Product Strategy to ensure that data moves cleanly through the funnel, leads are routed properly, reporting is accurate, and the platform supports efficient, high quality interactions with prospective and current educators. This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing complex systems, and building scalable processes.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub across all brands
  • Maintain a clean, structured, and compliant CRM environment, including fields, properties, pipelines, lists, and permissions
  • Oversee database health, including contact quality, duplicate management, and lifecycle hygiene
  • Manage user roles, team permissions, and access for Marketing and Sales teams

Workflow and Automation Management

  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and sales handoff
  • Support lifecycle management from first touch to enrollment or purchase
  • Partner with Marketing on email automation, segmentation, and triggered campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to automate tasks, notifications, and follow up sequences

Reporting and Analytics

  • Create and manage dashboards for Marketing and Sales teams, including funnel performance, conversion tracking, and revenue attribution
  • Build custom reports for leadership, Product Strategy, and cross functional teams
  • Diagnose reporting discrepancies and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on attribution logic, tracking, and measurement frameworks

Integration and Technical Ownership

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and external tools such as CRM, LMS platforms, ad platforms, call systems, and lead forms
  • Ensure data flows accurately from web properties, landing pages, ads, and third party tools
  • Conduct regular audits of integrations and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Partner with Digital and Performance Marketing to maintain pixel accuracy, UTMs, and conversion tracking

Sales Enablement and Support

  • Provide day to day support for enrollment teams, including pipeline setup, task automation, sequences, and deal flow improvements
  • Build and maintain templates, snippets, playbooks, and sales resources
  • Monitor sales activity trends and recommend process improvements
  • Train new sales team members on system usage and best practices

Marketing Enablement

  • Support campaign setup with smart lists, segmentation, event triggers, and UTM tracking
  • Maintain subscription types, email compliance, consent settings, and audience governance
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative to support email and landing page updates inside HubSpot

Optimization and Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify friction points across Marketing and Sales workflows
  • Recommend system enhancements that improve conversion and team efficiency
  • Stay informed on HubSpot updates and roll out new features that benefit the organization
  • Standardize documentation and maintain an internal knowledge base of processes
  • Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What We are Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • 2-5 years of HubSpot administration experience in Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
  • Experience supporting both Marketing and Sales functions within the same environment Experience in education, membership, certification, or subscription driven organizations is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in workflows, pipelines, custom objects, integration management, and reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM hygiene best practices and lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience building dashboards and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train teams and translate technical updates into simple direction Highly organized, process oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
