Job description

Description:

Revenue Operations Director

Description:

Amplifire is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to own and scale our revenue operations function end to end. This is a hands-on, builder role. You will personally architect the systems, data, and processes that connect lead generation through bookings. You will support the field sales team through the full enterprise sales cycle, including quoting and contracting, and you will bring an AI-first lens to how we run revenue operations, from forecasting to workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day revenue operations end to end, from lead generation through bookings, and personally build and maintain the systems that support it.
  • Serve as the hands-on HubSpot owner: build and maintain fields, pipeline stages, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards. This is not a delegated function.
  • Support the field sales team through the full enterprise sales cycle, including deal support, quoting, and contract building.
  • Own sales data analytics and reporting, including pipeline, forecasting and performance tracking, and turn that data into decisions leadership can act on.
  • Bring an AI-first mindset to revenue operations: identify and implement AI-assisted tools and workflow automation across the RevOps function.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales technology to improve efficiency, and lead adoption of new tools within the GTM stack.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and client solutions to keep revenue operations initiatives aligned and moving.
  • Build sales onboarding and training materials, including CRM and process training for new reps.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the sales tech stack, with clear process documentation and ongoing support.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5 to 10+ years in Sales Ops or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience. You have personally built fields, stages, workflows, reports, and dashboards, not just managed someone who did.
  • AI-first mindset with real-world AI usage in a RevOps context.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into decisions, not just charts.
  • Experience supporting a field sales team through a full enterprise sales cycle, including quotes and contracting.
  • Excellent communication skills. You will work cross-functionally and present to leadership.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in health tech, digital health, or selling into health systems.
  • HubSpot admin or integration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong, Apollo, or similar GTM stack tools.
  • Expertise with agentic AI and automation.

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with a match, Flexible/Open PTO Plan, and paid holidays.
