A biotech company in North Carolina is seeking an SAP GmP Program Lead/Manager to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for commercialization readiness and related SAP initiatives.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Hybrid (remote with travel required as needed to Durham, NC)




Responsibilities:




  • Serve as a senior SAP subject matter expert and strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders.




  • Assess current SAP processes, configurations, and master data to support future commercial operations.




  • Lead or advise on serialization strategy, solution evaluation, and implementation planning.




  • Review SAP cutover, deployment, and integration impacts tied to finance and quality initiatives.




  • Drive cross-functional discussions and present recommendations to executive leadership.




Qualifications:




  • 10+ years of SAP experience within life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments




  • Experience leading or supporting serialization programs using SAP ATTP, SAP Information Collaboration Hub, SAP S/4HANA serialization capabilities, TraceLink, or similar platforms




  • Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments and commercialization processes




  • Experience evaluating enterprise platforms and complex business process transformations




  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and program leadership skills




  • Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution when needed




Desired Skills:




  • Experience with Veeva Batch Release Hub or Veeva QMS




  • Experience developing solution evaluation criteria for serialization or batch release platforms




  • Experience with finance implementation and go-live support for an existing SAP instance




  • Gap analysis and SAP cutover planning experience
