Kforce has a client in Linthicum, MD that is seeking a HRIS Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resource Information Systems. This role will serve as a key resource for HR data management, reporting, system configuration, process improvement, and cross-functional support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system functionality Manage employee data updates, audits, and system maintenance activities Create, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics Troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve problems Support HR processes including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, and organizational changes Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancements Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, workflows, and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to improve reporting and operational efficiency Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams on system-related projects and initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred 3+ years of HRIS, HR operations, or systems administration experience Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems Strong reporting and data analysis skills Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting functions Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: HRIS or HR-related certifications preferred Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system integrations Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and employee lifecycle management Experience with report writing, dashboards, and data visualization tools Key Competencies: HRIS Administration HR Data Management Reporting & Analytics System Testing & Implementation Data Integrity & Compliance Process Improvement Excel Proficiency Problem Solving Cross-Functional Collaboration Project Management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
