Seeking an experienced Sr. HRIS Manager Workday HCM to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM. This role will serve as a Workday SME and partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday HCM configuration, optimization, testing, and support.
  • Manage Workday security, permissions, data governance, and audit processes.
  • Design and configure end-to-end Workday business processes.
  • Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Lead HRIS projects including planning, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Gather requirements and recommend HR technology solutions.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and business teams.
  • Mentor team members and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HRIS/information systems experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience.
  • Expertise in Workday business process configuration and design.
  • Strong Workday security administration experience.
  • Advanced Workday reporting and analytics experience.
  • Experience with HRIS audits, testing, implementations, and projects.
