Job Purposeย 

TheSenior Director, Enterprise Platforms & Transformationis the leader responsible for transforming ACI's corporate application ecosystem starting withSalesforceandAtlassian Cloud to drive meaningful business outcomes acrossinternal departments such as Commercial, Finance, HR, and Product Development/Engineering.ย 

This role is accountable for delivering large-scale platform modernization acrossthousands of users,consolidatingand rationalizing complexJira and Confluence footprints, and elevating Salesforce into a strategic commercial engine spanningCRM, CPQ, and future Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).ย 

This leader will define multi-year strategy, orchestrate transformation delivery, partner deeply with business executives, direct partner services engagements, and embed a governance model that ensures adoption, data integrity, and operational excellence.ย 

The role focuses ontransformation, while working closely with operational leaders who manage BAU execution.ย 

Essential Functions and Responsibilitiesย 

1) Enterprise Platform Transformation Strategyย 

  • Own end-to-end platform strategy forSalesforce,Atlassian Cloud, and related enterprise systems.ย 

  • Develop amulti-year transformation roadmapaligned to commercial growth, engineering velocity, financial controls, workforce efficiency, and operational maturity.ย 

  • Establish andmaintainanenterprisegovernance modelcovering architecture, data standards, change management,release management,intake/prioritization, and quality controls.ย 

  • Assess platform health, technical debt, and long-term risk; recommend modernization and rationalization initiatives.ย 

ย 

2)Salesforce Transformation (CRM, CPQ, RCA Roadmap)ย 

  • Lead transformation of Salesforce into a high-performing commercial platform supporting:ย 

  • Pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, seller productivity.ย 

  • Service/Support workflows(if applicable).ย 

  • CPQ: quoting optimization, pricing governance,approvalworkflows.ย 

  • Quote-to-cash automation, billing intelligence, revenue recognition workflows.ย 

  • Design and implement Salesforce roadmap with clear business outcomes.ย 

  • Guidedata governance around accounts, opportunities, forecasts, territories, and cross-functional reporting.ย 

  • Ensure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with Finance, Product catalog, entitlements, operations, and customer systems.ย

3) Atlassian Cloud Migration & Enterprise Governanceย 

  • Lead transformation of Atlassian ecosystem acrossthousands of users, dozens of projects, and acomplex plugin footprint.ย 

  • Oversee large-scale migration from legacy on-prem Jira/Confluence systems intoAtlassian Cloud, including:ย 

  • Instance consolidationย 

  • Plugin rationalizationย 

  • Workflow standardizationย 

  • Permission model redesignย 

  • Automation strategyย 

  • Custom field and schema standardizationย 

  • Data migration and testing frameworksย 

  • Drive rollout of enterprise templates, project taxonomies, dashboards, space architecture, reporting structures, and governance standards.ย 

  • Ensure engineering and product teams adopt standardized workflows while enabling configurable but controlled flexibility.ย 

ย 

4) Partner & Vendor Relationship Leadershipย 

  • Serve as the executive owner of all external partner relationships related to Salesforce and Atlassian transformation.ย 

  • Definepartner strategy: vendor selection, RFPs, SOW creation, delivery oversight, and performance management.ย 

  • Lead joint-delivery models where partner resources work side-by-side with internal engineering, admins, architects, and operations teams to deliver transformation outcomes.ย 

  • Ensure partners bring best practices, accelerators, and measurable value; hold them accountable to scope, quality, and timelines.ย 

  • Optimizelicense management, contract negotiations, and roadmap alignment in partnership with Procurement and Finance.ย 

5) Business Stakeholder Leadership (Commercial, Finance, HR, Product/Engineering)ย 

  • Act as atrusted advisorto business executives, ensuring platforms support key functional outcomes:ย 

  • Commercial: forecasting accuracy, sales cycle efficiency, lead-to-cash automationย 

  • Finance: controls, audit, revenue/billing integration alignmentย 

  • HR: workforce workflows, permission lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, trainingย 

  • Product Development & Engineering: agile/DevOps workflows, sprint reporting, engineering productivity signalsย 

  • Lead enterprise steering committees; ensure consensus on priorities, business value, timing, and resource needs.ย 

  • Translate business strategy into platform capabilities and measurable outputs.ย 

6) Delivery Excellence & Change Managementย 

  • Oversee multi-stream programs with structured program governance.ย 

  • Implement predictable deliverymethodologyincluding:ย 

  • Sprint/iteration managementย 

  • Release managementย 

  • UAT cyclesย 

  • Cutover plansย 

  • Adoption measurementย 

  • Drive organization-wide training, communications, change reinforcement, and success metrics.ย 

  • Embed KPIs for usage, adoption, stability, data integrity, and value realization.ย

7) Leadership & Organizational Developmentย 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing teamย ย 

  • Create clarity of accountability between transformation teams and BAU operations.ย
