We are looking for a detail oriented multi-tasking specialist for our inside sales/customer service team. Our Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives answer calls and emails to process customer orders and estimates.

Hours: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm


Description


We are looking for a detail oriented multi-tasking specialist for our customer service team. Our Customer Service Representatives answer calls and emails to process customer orders and estimates.


Requirements


Process customer orders, quotes, and/or change notices for the manufacturing of glass Shower and Bath enclosures in an accurate and timely manner.

Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy.

Partner with operations and sales in the tracking of orders placed and any special product or order requests.

Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts.

Perform general office duties.


Experience


2+ years' experience in an office related customer service role

Glass industry, construction industry, banking industry, experience preferred - not required

Ability to communicate clearly

Detail oriented and have a high degree of self-motivation

Proficient in basic math skills, computer skills, and familiar with Microsoft Office applications

Team player and dedicated to team success
