Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking a Program Manager to provide support to a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customer. This role will lead support for all program tasking, including the oversight of technical and design requirements and performance for new and ongoing shipbuilding programs. Candidates should possess strong engineering management experience, as well as expertise with surface and undersea shipbuilding programs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
  • Formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.
  • Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.

Here's what you need:
  • 15 years of DOD program management experience
  • Experience and expertise in the DOD 5000 process and guidelines
  • Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel

Bonus points if you have:
  • More than 15 years of experience related to the position description
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III Program Management certification
  • Military service or Military experience in Navy DoD, Weapon Systems

Security Clearance:
  • DOD TOP SECRET

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's preferred.

Work Schedule:
  • M-F, Onsite

Compensation and Benefits:
The projected compensation range for this position is $137,700 - $220,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
