Job Title: Alternate Program Manager

Location: DC Metro Area

This is an Onsite Position:

Opportunity Overview: CORTEK seeks a qualified Program/Contract Manager to serve as Key Personnel responsible for overseeing contract performance and daily operations. The selected candidate will manage project planning, execution, and team coordination, and must be available during standard business hours. An Alternate Program Manager (APM) will be designated to support in the PM's absence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all contract-related activities and performance
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders and ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Supervise analysts and consultants assigned to contract tasks
  • Ensure proper delegation and documentation of APM responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
  • Minimum of 4 years of program management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Expertise in:
    • Requirements definition
    • Contract management
    • Budget and schedule control
    • Personnel supervision
    • Task execution and performance oversight
