The HR/Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both human resources functions and office administration within the organization. This position is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, while also overseeing day-to-day office management tasks such as facilities coordination and vendor management. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development initiatives. Additionally, this role requires maintaining accurate HR records, managing payroll processes, and implementing policies that align with organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or office management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
