Indotronix is seeking a Knowledge / Records Management for a Job Opportunity in 
 
Job Title: Knowledge / Records Management-EXP
Location: Rockford IL 61125
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Max Pay: $21/hr to $24.68/hr on W2

Job Description :
• Liaise on issues related to assigned orders.
• Manage Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial Airline customers, convey customer requirements, initial acknowledgment, quoting, shipment and invoicing of customer orders.
• Manage contractual requirements including - asset reporting, customer service level/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance and status reporting
Collaborate across functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers and Field Service.
 
Required Skill Set :  
• 2 to 4 years prior relevant experience customer service account management
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
                                     
Desired Skills Set :
• Commercial / Military contract administration experience
• Customer Service experience
• Experience using continuous improvement processes and tools
 
Education Qualification :
Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
