Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a global IT infrastructure team operating across multiple time zones and regions. This role sits at the intersection of project execution, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination, requiring someone who can manage competing priorities with confidence and clarity in a fast-moving environment. Own and manage Jira dashboards, including data quality reviews, ticket tracking, and reporting improvements across active projects Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC team members on Jira processes and ticket management, supporting knowledge transfer and process clarity across regions Support RESS new build projects and low voltage design planning, including vendor and supply chain coordination with manufacturers and distributors Manage cable demand forecasting, part number tracking, lead time visibility, and bill of materials structure Lead AI adoption efforts for process automation initiatives, including phased rollouts starting with standardized tasks before expanding globally Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on low voltage design execution, project handoffs, and process maturity improvements Identify and close gaps in existing workflows, particularly where processes contain gray areas or inconsistent execution What You Bring 5 to 7 years of project management experience, preferably within IT infrastructure or data center environments Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow, including dashboard creation and ongoing management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across global teams and time zones Experience with vendor and supply chain coordination, including working with manufacturers and distributors Comfort with AI tools and process automation, with the ability to translate emerging technology into practical operational improvements Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to operate with composure in an evolving organizational environment where priorities shift
