Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency across teams. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing people, resources, and workflows to ensure organizational goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to meet productivity, quality, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with department heads (Finance, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to streamline workflows.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, risks, and bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to build high-performing teams.
  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
