This role is located in Somerville, MA - This is an in-office role, on-site 5 days/week.

  • Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects - building, moving, and setting up equipment around HQ.
  • Keep the space organized, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests.
  • Manage inventory and ordering for snacks, food, and office supplies.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Source, procure, and maintain office equipment.
  • Support workplace culture initiatives: town halls, happy hours, team events.
  • Support hardware fulfillment.
