Job description

Job Opportunity In Federal Way, Washington

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: M- F 8am - 5pm Overtime based on business needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Process daily order requests received through the branch orders inbox.
  • Check with branch warehouses and excess inventory (JREX/TREX) for possible reallocations before ordering additional implants/instruments.
  • Work with JR/Trauma & FA/UE CBO/Comm Ops to obtain necessary approvals and forward approved orders to Mahwah Customer Service or Arlington for order upload.
  • Send confirmation emails to sales teams with order details once orders are entered.
  • Request expedited shipping when required and track orders to provide delivery details upon request.
  • Procure approvals from the Regional IPM when required by providing justification for the request.
  • Handle daily communications (emails, phone calls, chats) from the field with various requests.
  • Provide training and process documentation for team members.
  • Support other regions with inventory and order processes as needed.

What You Need:

Required:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • High school or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Order management, inventory management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with Oracle, JDE or SAP systems

$26.75 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
