Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate - Forklift Experience Required

Available Schedules:

  • Night Shift (B Crew) = 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a sit-down propane forklift throughout the facility
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
  • Move materials between warehouse and production areas
  • Stage, organize, and store materials accurately
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO procedures
  • Scan, track, and update inventory records as needed
  • Prepare finished products for shipment
  • Meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience required
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred
  • Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software preferred (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must successfully complete an onsite interview and forklift skills assessment

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to moving forklifts, warehouse equipment, and machinery
  • Warehouse temperatures may exceed 90°F with high humidity
  • Noise levels may exceed 85 dB
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in designated areas
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
