Responsibilities:

Executive & Corporate Support

  • Provide direct legal and administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, high-level correspondence, and sensitive documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for legal inquiries, coordinating between executive leadership and external legal counsel.

Store Operations & Document Management

  • Manage the processing and maintenance of legal documents, contracts, and case files for all store locations.
  • Standardize filing protocols to ensure consistent document retention and organization across the company.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

  • Lead the application and renewal process for Business, City, and Liquor licenses to ensure all locations remain in full compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and municipal offices (e.g., King, Snohomish, Pierce counties) to navigate specific permitting requirements.

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal agreements and corporate filings.
  • Schedule and coordinate mediations, evaluations, and professional meetings on behalf of the organization.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Legal Assistant or related administrative experience
  • Familiarity with basic legal documentation and filing systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to support administrative and legal tasks for business operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Familiarity with legal terminology preferred
  • Experience supporting small business or office operations is a plus
