Job description

Job Summary:
Sentar Inc. is an employee-owned company dedicated to developing critical talent for cybersecurity, intelligence, analytics, and systems engineering. They are seeking a Computer and Information Systems Manager โ€“ SME to provide executive-level technical and managerial leadership for enterprise information systems and cybersecurity operations, overseeing complex IT programs and liaising with government stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provides executive-level technical and managerial leadership for enterprise information systems, cybersecurity operations, and network defense activities.
โ€ข Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating complex IT and cybersecurity programs, including boundary defense operations, firewall and web application firewall (WAF) administration, proxy services, and defensive cyber operations.
โ€ข Oversees contractor personnel, manages operational performance, develops strategic initiatives, and serves as a senior liaison with government stakeholders, mission partners, and external organizations.
โ€ข Provides expert guidance for the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of secure enterprise network and information systems environments.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Clearance Level: Secret
โ€ข Certifications: One or more industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CCSP, CASP+, or equivalent.
โ€ข Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
โ€ข Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in information systems, cybersecurity operations, network security, or enterprise IT management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role supporting large-scale DoD or Federal cybersecurity operations.
Preferred:
โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
