Overview
Who says you can't play games at work? Parkwest Casino is bringing a fresh face to the casino industry. To help aid in the creation of this new casino culture, Parkwest Casino is looking to hire an Customer Service Representative/Dealer dual rate. The CSR/Dealer leads employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations, enforcing established on table policies and procedures, and demonstrates exemplary customer service to our guests. This position is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of casino floor operations. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative:
1. A successful Customer Service Representative will be able to establish and change (lower and rise)
betting limits to maximize on table game revenue.
2. As a Customer Service Representative, you will understand when and why to open tables.
3. Floor Service Representatives are expected to learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies and
procedures.
4. As a Customer Service Representative, you should be able to maintain the integrity of all offered games
by making consistent table rulings in the best interest of the game.
5. Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a
daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
As a dealer:
  • You'll be put through a highly interactive training course, touching upon past experience and present cardroom table games and procedures.
  • Attention to detail is key. When dealing, you'll need to control the table games without making more than two/2 mistakes for any table game in a three/3-month period.
  • Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.
  • You will have the ability to maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, while staying within 5% of the means hands per down for each table game offered.
  • Our guests and your teammates are counting on you to be here, every day. If you ever worked in this type of environment, you know how important teamwork and commitment are to personal success.

Physical and mental requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check.
- Must be able to obtain a CA gambling establishment employee permit.
