Job description

The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, reward & recognition, organizational development, and leave administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Minimum Education

  • Associates degree in HR, business administration, a related field or combination of education and experience.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 3 years of experience in an HR support or similar role.
  • Prior customer services experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • High level of organizational skills.
