We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in HR administration/Office administration and be able to handle a variety of tasks related to employee management, recruitment, benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Assist with performance management processes and employee relations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
