Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee file maintenance, data entry, and daily HR operations while ensuring employee records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee personnel files organized, updated, and compliant with company documentation requirements.
  • Assist with data entry, employee information updates, and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Organize, audit, and maintain digital and physical employee documentation and files.
  • Assist with I-9, E-Verify, and other required employment documentation.
  • Support payroll and employee information processes when needed.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, employee requests, and documentation processes.
  • Support the HR tracking records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Previous administrative, Human Resources, recruiting, or data entry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and organized employee records.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
