EHS/HR Administrative Assistant
Pay rate #####
Agency Bill rate #####
Hours: 7AM-4PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Thursdays (6AM-3PM)
There is potential OT depending on administrative projects
โ€ข Conduct pre-entry temperature screenings of Eaton site employees, contingent workers and/or visitors using manufacturers operating instructions
โ€ข Greet all visitors with upmost professionalism. Ensure they all sign in and complete their temperature screening
โ€ข Answer phone calls and direct calls to the right representative
โ€ข Performing EHS inspections
โ€ข Assisting EHS Manager on scorecard
โ€ข Facilitating and coordinating EHS Training
โ€ข Inputting and updating EHS data/information
โ€ข Filing for EHS and HR Team
โ€ข Organizing HR and EHS events
โ€ข Providing Assistance to employees on EHS and HR related tasks
โ€ข Coordinating Interviews and New Hire Orientation
โ€ข Scheduling Plant Wide Meetings and other meetings
โ€ข Performing light phone screens
โ€ข Facilitating New Hire Process
โ€ข Ensuring your office area is always organized and 5s
โ€ข Provide assistance and support to other managers
โ€ข Additional tasks will be provided when needed
Basic Requirements:
โ€ข Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents
โ€ข Problem solver and thinks creatively
โ€ข Strong Interpersonal Skills with all Communication mediums
โ€ข General computer literacy and proficiency required
โ€ข HS Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Preferred Requirements:

โ€ข Previous Administrative roles (2 years of experience)
