Job description

We are accepting resumes for a full-time Chemist-We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year on the job experience with HPLC. Need to be able to start up, run and troubleshoot equipment and methods, someone with some LCMSMS experience would be a great bonus. This position is not suited for a PHD or Masters degree professional-it is a bench position, and is paid accordingly, it is not a research position.

Some Knowledge on how to set up new methods and validation strategies with new instruments is ideal, but not necessary. A background in Quality Assurance would also be ideal. Job includes daily chemistry work plus cleaning, doing dishes, SOPs, ISO certification, etc; Someone who learns quickly and has a love for analytical work and instrumentation will be the best fit.

The shift would be Mon-Fri, 8:00 to 5:00 (some flexibility on hours) this is a very busy bench position in a small laboratory, so added responsibilities will be assigned as time allows. There are multiple oppertunities to learn othe parts of the lab. Must be able to multi task. Ability to handle stressful, time sensitive analytical work and assignments is important in this position. Pay is $20-28/hr to start depending on experience (a little less if you have less that the required experience).The lab is located in Ravalli, just north of Arlee. If relocating from out of the area-you would need to do this on your own as we do not offer relocation assistance. There is a 3 bedroom house in the area available to rent for $1750/month.
