Description -
Overview
HP's Personal Systems division is building a next-generation software and services ecosystem for consumer PCs, transforming the device into an intelligent, personalized platform.
HP Media Network team is at the forefront of this effort-developing a unified platform that leverages customer behavioral data and HP-owned touchpoints to deliver relevant recommendations, seamless experiences, and integrated digital services across commerce, entertainment, utilities, and advertising.
We are looking for a Senior Software Product Manager to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution across this ecosystem. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in 0→1 innovation, can operate across multiple product domains, and is passionate about shaping the future of the PC experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HP's consumer software and service ecosystem
  • Lead 0→1 development of new software experiences across commerce, entertainment, utilities, and advertising
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and business cases to senior leadership (VP-level and above)

Platform & Ecosystem Development
  • Oversee product areas including:
    • Commerce (cashback, subscriptions, payments)
    • Entertainment (video, music services)
    • Utility (e.g., password management)
    • Advertisement and marketing platforms
    • Data pipelines and infrastructure
    • Ensure seamless integration across Windows, web, and HP software ecosystem

Customer Experience & Technical Collaboration

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
