Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day program management support across pre-award, contract award, and post-award activities, with an emphasis on facilitating processes, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining momentum toward program objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and coordination of acquisition and program documentation, bringing together program, technical, contracting, financial, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to obtain required inputs, resolve issues, and move actions forward.

  • Experience supporting a PMO, PEO, DoD requiring activity, or comparable federal program environment.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional teams and acquisition/program processes from requirements development through contract award and post-award execution.

  • Understanding of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition principles sufficient to support program teams and effectively coordinate with contracting professionals.

  • Ability to interpret program and contract requirements and translate them into actionable milestones, activities, and management priorities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
