Job description

The Field Service Representative is dedicated to monitoring our core inventory apartments at move-in and after move-out, ensuring the guest experience meets expectations.

 Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Organizational Strategy & Results

· Complete move-in/move-out inspections/forms

· Properly setting up housewares within any unit but mostly core inventory units

· Taking proper inventory of unit prior to guests arrival

· Ensuring applicable amount of keys, fobs, parking passes have been given to the guest at move-in and confirming all have been returned at move out.

· Knowledgeable about property access points and documenting information for the guest to ensure their arrival and departure run smoothly.

· Able to identify quick resolution for any concerns to be rectified before the guests arrival

· Thorough communication with direct supervisor and staff for efficient results

· Staging furniture and housewares as needed

· Perform miscellaneous service requests as needed

· Have constant supplies to ensure units are adequately prepped, as needed

· Confirm all electronics work and function properly with remotes and cable/internet access

· Maintain brand standards within all units

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education:

· Associates degree from an accredited college or university is highly desired

· 2+ years in corporate housing, relocation, real estate, hospitality or related field with client management experience or business to business related experience

· Able to lift 25 pounds

· Detail oriented

· Excellent time management skills

· Exceptional customer service skills
