Project Executive (Multifamily Electrical Construction) – Las Vegas, NV

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor in the Las Vegas market to identify an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale multifamily electrical construction projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a strategic leader who has a proven track record of delivering multifamily developments while building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for multiple multifamily electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, owners, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Review contracts, manage project risk, and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate staffing, resource planning, procurement, and operational support across multiple projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and long-term strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience with significant multifamily project leadership.
  • Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar executive leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale multifamily electrical construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, contract administration, and profitability.

Preferred Experience
