Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) is seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Program Manager to lead the administration and performance of our federally assisted housing programs. This is an opportunity to join an organization committed to helping individuals and families achieve greater housing stability, self-sufficiency, and opportunity in Fannin and Grayson Counties. The Housing Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for TCOG’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Project-Based Voucher (PBV), Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS), Homeownership, Foster Youth to Independence (FYI), Family Unification Program (FUP), VASH, and other special-purpose housing programs. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Housing Program Manager is a key member of TCOG’s leadership team and serves as the organization’s primary technical and operational resource for housing programs.

Salary Range: $76,530 – $129,430
