Ingleside - Colony Court Senior Living | Fairmont, MN

Ingleside, a Colony Court Senior Living Solutions community, has been family-owned and operated since 1991. We're hiring a Housing Director to lead tenant services, staff supervision, and community operations at our Fairmont, MN location.

What You'll Do

  • Provide tours to prospective tenants, explain services, and ensure they meet building requirements
  • Monitor tenant compliance with residency requirements and maintain all required documentation
  • Partner with the RN on tenant care coordination, annual evaluations, and investigating any suspected neglect or abuse
  • Lead full-cycle staff management, including recruitment, scheduling, supervision, discipline, and termination
  • Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education, including OSHA and safety compliance
  • Manage the building budget, rent collection, additional revenue, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including emergency preparedness and survey readiness
  • Handle tenant and employee grievances, represent the building at community events, and collaborate with outside agencies on tenant resources

Qualifications

  • Active LALD certification required
  • High school diploma/GED required, or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, with full range of motion for climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling required
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs and transport residents in wheelchairs required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of management theory, employee management, financial management, and health law fundamentals preferred
