As a Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, pool/fitness area, and meeting spaces.
- Assist housekeeping staff with delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and common areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all storage closets and carts are stocked, organized, and clean.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
