Job Summary:

The Hotel Houseman plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and assisting with housekeeping duties, as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
- Assist housekeeping staff with the removal of linens, trash, and other waste materials from guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver amenities as needed.
- Ensure that all housekeeping carts and storage areas are well stocked, organized, and clean.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down conference rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas.
