Xanitos is a specialist in Ambulatory Cleaning Services: professional cleaning services for medical office buildings, clinics, outpatient surgery centers. Xanitos aims to provide support as a comprehensive solution to ambulatory care by providing Safety, Quality, Compliance and Trust.
Xanitos is hiring Part Time Ambulatory Housekeepers at Kaiser Permanente Gwinnett Comprehensive Medical Center in Duluth, GA.

Job Overview:
Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
  • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
  • Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
  • Dusts furniture and equipment.
  • Polishes metalwork.
  • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
  • Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empties wastebaskets.
  • Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Replenishes bathroom supplies.
  • Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Qualifications:
  • Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless they request and are granted a medical or religious exemption.
  • Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
  • Medical cleaning a plus
  • Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
