Housekeeping Job Objective(s):

Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and ensuring that visitors, residents, families, and staff have a positive impression. Additional duties include cleaning of common areas, project cleaning and seasonal cleaning duties as assigned. Weekly cleaning in resident’s rooms.


Housekeeping Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
  • Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule.
  • Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
  • Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues
  • Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean, and safe.
  • Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
