Job description

Purpose of the Role
The Receptionist's primary responsibility is to answer the phone and greet all incoming visitors and assure they are directed to the appropriate person. This position is a nonexempt, full-time, hourly position.
MIT's (Most Important Tasks)
  1. Midweek Guest Hospitality
  2. Manages all Campus Phone Calls
  3. Coordinates Campus Deliveries
  4. Vehicle Reservations
  5. Administration Assistance (attendance, info emails, signage, etc.)

Essential Duties
  • Manage the reception desk when it comes to phone calls, visitors, deliveries and work order tickets to Facilities and Grounds.
  • Carmel attendance, data entry, courier management, and manage NV vehicle use.
  • Manage postage meter, kitchen supplies, and financial assistant applications.
  • Assist Guest Experience Coordinator as needed.
