Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintain control room policies, manuals, and project records; assist with reports and presentations.
- Operational Coordination: Prepare and coordinate construction plans involving Variable Message Signs (VMS).
- Control Room Coverage: Provide occasional shift coverage, including monitoring traffic conditions, documenting incidents, and managing traveler information.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays as needed.
