Job description

Helms Home Care is seeking to hire LPN or RN's for hourly private-duty home care in Denver, NC 28037. The nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, Trilogy machine, ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc. and experience caring for patients on aย ventilator and tracheostomy and or be willing to train. Part time positions available.ย  Shifts available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8am-6pm.ย

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Assist with ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc.
Monitor and document patient progress
Communicate promptly with scheduling personnelย 

  • Current NC or Compact State nursing license
  • Familiarity with home skilled nursing needs
  • Experience with caring for patients on aย ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy and or be willing to train
  • Reliable transportation
